First of all, it is important to think about the purpose of your stethoscope. Do you want to get a quality stethoscope or are you mainly looking at the price and don't care so much about quality? We have tried to create a clear summary of the different categories of stethoscopes from MDF Instruments and Littmann that you will find in our offer.

I care about quality

If you want to choose your dream stethoscope for life, we recommend reaching for a higher-end line. We know firsthand how important it is to hear the wheezes in the practice of a patient with clear pneumonia. Definitely don't be afraid to invest in a stethoscope, it will be worth it! In addition, you will receive a free lifetime warranty from MDF Instruments with every stethoscope.

The top of the line stethoscope are the ProCardial and Cardiology series, which is designed for the most demanding customers.

If you don't plan to become a cardiologist or internist directly, but still put quality first, we recommend the MD One series. This is a higher end series with high quality workmanship and excellent listening characteristics. Another advantage is the length of the stethoscope hose, which is longer compared to other series. This series is also available in a lightweight titanium version, which also offers the possibility of changing the head for a pediatric one.

High quality stethoscope are also offered by Littmann, specifically the Littmann Classic III series. These stethoscope have a slightly shorter hose and a shorter top of the stethoscope. The listening characteristics are comparable to MD One stethoscopes.

I want a design piece...

If you're looking for quality as well as an unusual design, we recommend the Mprint, Acoustica MOD or ProCardial and Cardiology Titanium series.

Mprint stethoscopes are design pieces of the MD One series, which, in addition to quality workmanship, also impress with their unique appearance. Your imagination has no limits, you can choose a rainbow stethoscope, leopard, sunflower, with glitter or even army look.

The ProCardial and Cardiology Titanium series is a design line of cardiology stethoscopes in a lightweight titanium design.

Other stethoscopes with an unique design are offered by the Acoustica MOD series. There you can pick your favorite combination of hose and metals color.

I'm all about the price!

If you only need a stethoscope for a couple of years of study, and then want to pursue fields where you won't use a stethoscope, a friendly price is probably the most important thing for you. In that case, you can get by with the lower model ranges.

The basic MDF Instruments stethoscope series is the MDF 747, which is mainly intended for undemanding customers and on-the-budget students.

Better listening qualities and better workmanship are offered by the Acoustica series, which is better quality than the basic MDF 747 series.

Also popular is the MDF 767 Sprague Rappaport series, which has a two-hose design and interchangeable bells. This series could be called a happy compromise between the higher and lower series.

I want a stethoscope as light as a feather.

We know how much trouble your shoulders have to bear, so we have included your favorite stethoscopes in titanium. The main advantage of these stethoscopes is their light weight. Pediatricians and veterinarians do not have to worry about hurting their little patients.

The MD One Epoch Titanium series offers, in addition to light weight, the possibility of changing heads. Included in the package is an interchangeable head for both adult patients and children.
The MPrint, MD One and ProCardial/Cardiology series are available in titanium.
